He is also a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (Z). Nash David is also the Editor in Chief and Proprietor of the magazine Burning Issue, a magazine which examines the pertinent social dynamics fashioning the narrative of today’s life in the prism of emerging and time tested perspectives. Nash, a prolific Songwriter, lives in England with his wife, Jane and their three children. He is the Founding Pastor of a thriving church group: The HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH.
Sam, A London School of Economics graduate chooses to establish a church group in Leeds, England before going back to the USA. He gets an SOS to help a ‘possessed’ young man, Steve, who is being held in a chaotic, medium secure forensic psychiatric hospital. An apparition which normally manifests itself in his dreams and semi awake state is now bursting into his full consciousness, controlling his psychomotor skills and causing havoc. This is mindboggling to both Sam and the medical fraternity: Steve’s presentation is atypical of psychosis and demon possession. The ‘demon’, craves to come out and claims it is human. There is overwhelming evidence that Steve’s psychosis has an organic root: an indwelling human being inside him causing the florid psychosis.
The medium secure forensic hospital, on the custodial/jail craft to therapeutic continuum, the needle is on jail craft /custodial :staff are heavy handed, sadistic and Machiavellian bullies trampling on professional ethics, protocols and good practice. The indwelling human being inside Steve has cut a deal with Steve which is criminally weighted against Steve. A radical Intervention is needed.
